‘Queer Love’ Ep 6: We Need to Get Over The Infamous Fingering

In the same conference room where they had the Last Lesbian Supper, Reba’s daughter explains that her gaggle of queers is going to transition from dating their “trial wives” to the partners they came with. Then they go around telling the rest of the table how their trial marriages went.

Sam and Tiff go first. Sam says they learned a lot about themselves and how to be better communicators. Tiff says “samsies.” Then it’s on to Aussie and Mildred, Sam and Tiff’s exes, and the vibe shifts dramatically.

Aussie explains how the trial marriage started off strong, but that she ended up leaving early because “it didn’t feel safe” for her mental health. But Mildred insists she was “gentle” with Aussie the whole time. (I disagree. Aussie sucks but so does Mildred.)

For what feels like the one millionth time, Aussie explains that she needs to regroup before going into heavier conversations. Mildred wants to set this whole room on fire. Now Tiff is getting riled up.

“Why did you leave???” Tiff yells across the table.

Aussie sighs deeply. Mildred loves the support. Reba’s daughter wraps it up and moves onto Vanessa and Rae because everyone else is over it.
