We’ve all fantasized about what it’d be like for a sexy alien to drop from the sky and think we’re so hot that they completely forget about their mission to save the planet and instead spend their brief stay with their tongue in our mouths. If you haven’t, you will now.

Lava La Rue, a London-raised musician and non-binary queer lesbian, released a music video for their song “LOVEBITES,” and it’s some of the most realistic dyke representation I’ve ever seen, complete with a failed long distance relationship (the distance being between earth and whatever planet the alien’s from — so pretty long), pained prolonged eye contact, and a pair of Jibbitz-laden Crocs.

In the video, which is shot like a short film, La Rue’s character, Star Face, is woken up on a beach in the UK by another incredibly hot queer, Alya (Topia Adebayo). Star Face explains that they’re an alien sent to earth on a mission to save the planet. Alya is like “ha ha totally, I feel like that some days, too.”

Alya helps Star Face to their feet and when they touch, Star Face has an intense vision (à la Raven Baxter) of the two of them frolicking on a beach and just generally being really cute and gay. Alya interrupts this daydream by introducing…
