For her book tour, Carrie’s zooming with a millennial (Gen Z?) stereotype who doesn’t really want to talk to her. Millenial/Gen Z’s only research for this interview was Googling “Carrie Bradshaw” and discovering she’s written a “shit-ton of books.” She asks Carrie to tell her about her latest book, Loved & Lost, and Carrie’s for some reason shocked this girl didn’t read it ahead of time. This bitch didn’t even know your name until earlier today.

Millennial/Gen Z is like, “I’m very busy making content,” because that’s all us millennial/Gen Zers are ever doing. She asks Carrie what the book’s about and Carrie says “death” and millennial/Gen Z thinks she’s kidding. You could’ve at least Googled what the book was about ffs. Millennial/Gen Zers are not this dumb.

“It’s a book about my husband dying,” Carries says, to which M/GZ is sooOoo uncomfortable that she sips her reusable Starbucks cup before transitioning the convo to lipstick. Carrie’s computer mercifully falls off the cardboard box she’s propping it up with before she has to think of her favorite lipstick shade.
